Video walkthrough

Watch and learn how to place merge fields inside a subject line.

Adding a merge field

  1. Open an email template (or create a new one).

  2. See the Mail Merge panel on the right hand side. Use the search function to find specific fields / details.

  3. Click the field. BrokerEngine adds it to the email message body. (You can not add the merge field directly into the Subject line)

  4. Copy the merge field you just added to the body of the email template, and paste it into the Subject line. Remove the merge field from the body and click Save Changes.
