Opening an email template

  1. Click the account icon (with your initials) in the bottom left corner of the page.

  2. In the Settings column, click Workflow.

  3. Select Email Templates.

  4. Locate a template.

  5. Click the name to open the file.

Adding an image

  1. Click a spot inside the template to select a location for the image.

  2. Go to the menu bar and click the three-dot icon.

  3. Click the image icon. The file manager opens.

  4. Locate the image on your device and upload the file.

  5. Adjust the image size and location.

Adding a link to an image

You can add a link to an image. The link can open a document (e.g. PDF), a video (e.g. on YouTube or Loom) or a web page.

  1. Click the image one time. A toolbar displays.

  2. Click the link icon.

Enter the URL of your asset (e.g. doc, video, or webpage). Optionally, switch on the toggle to open a new browser tab when the user clicks the image. Click the green check mark to save the link.

Adding a table to an email template

  1. Go to the menu bar and click the three-dot icon.

  2. Click the Insert table icon.

The table generator displays. Drag the mouse to select the number of rows and columns in the table.

Click a table cell to display the toolbar.

  1. Add or remove columns.

  2. Add or remove rows.

  3. Merge cells.

  4. Configure table properties (e.g. border style, background colour, etc.).

  5. Configure cell properties (e.g. border style, text alignment, etc.).

Options

Click off the table and then select the block to highlight the entire table. Now, you can apply global settings (e.g. set font size). Click an arrow to add a line space before or after the table.
