When FLEX is integrated with BrokerEngine, you can send FLEX Fact Find documents to your clients from the Lead or Deal board and then copy the results directly to FLEX. This workaround cuts data entry time and ensures your records are accurate across platforms.

Prerequisites
You must have FLEX integrated with BrokerEngine to push data to FLEX.
What the data looks like in FLEX
When you sync a Fact Find to FLEX, BrokerEngine creates new opportunity and contact records in FLEX.
Disconnecting a previously synced deal from FLEX
If the Fact Find belongs to a deal already pushed to FLEX, BrokerEngine stops the sync because the deal is already connected to a FLEX opportunity. If you can't sync the Fact Find, disconnect the FLEX deal.
Pushing Fact Find data to FLEX
When you're happy with the Fact Find, sync it to FLEX.
We recommend syncing from the Fact Find itself. Later, we'll combine this sync functionality with FLEX deal sync so that you can sync the Fact Find and deal at the same time.
To push information to FLEX, go to the client portal and click the Fact Find you want to copy to FLEX. Click the View button. A new window displays.
In the Form Submission screen, click the FLEX icon.
Expand the Form Data folder. Review the data to be pushed to FLEX and the matching fields for copying.
Click Sync with FLEX. BrokerEngine displays a pop-up with the sync results and notes about fields you should check and fix manually within FLEX.
Tweaking data in FLEX after a Fact Find push
BrokerEngine and FLEX have different data structures. When you push data from BrokerEngine to FLEX, most of the data can be transferred to similar fields. However, some complex data relationships won't always transfer correctly, given limitations in the FLEX API and the integration project's beta stage.
Duplicate contacts
BrokerEngine creates a new contact record when it pushes a Fact Find to FLEX. If the contact already exists, you have a duplicate record. This is easy to fix: merge the duplicate contact records in FLEX.
Security Properties
Update manually.
Liabilities
Connect Home Loans to the Real Estate asset. Manually enter the Refinance Reason and Exit Cost.
Rental Income
Link to the corresponding Real Estate asset.
