Break the link between a lead or deal in BrokerEngine and an opportunity or application in FLEX

Note: Disconnecting the lead or deal and then syncing it again will create a new opportunity in FLEX.

  1. Open the deal or lead that you want to disconnect.

  2. Click the FLEX icon.

  3. Click Disconnect From Flex.

    BrokerEngine will ask you to confirm.

  4. Click Disconnect From Flex.
