This article shows Super Users how to configure Integrations, Security, and User Details settings on the User Management page.

Prerequisites
Access to the User Management page is disabled by default. To enable this feature, contact the BrokerEngine support team and request access to Super User permissions. Users with other permission levels (e.g. Standard User) cannot access the User Management page.
Only the business owner (or a user designated by the business owner) can have Super User permissions.
Opening the User Management page
Go to the bottom left corner and click the account icon. In the Settings column, select User Management.
The User Management page lists users within your broker group. The list includes each user's member type and permission level. Click a name to view and edit settings.
Managing Integrations settings
Super Users can see, add, or update another user's app integrations. Click the Integrations tab and make changes as required. The following integrations are available on BrokerEngine:
Managing Security settings
Individual users (even Super Users) cannot manage 2FA settings. BrokerEngine staff enable and disable 2FA settings on the backend.
Contact BrokerEngine staff if you need to enable 2FA or change your device. To enable 2FA, you need to step up the authentification flow.
Managing User Details
Super Users can see and update information on the User Details tab. There are five categories of information:
