By integrating FinanceVault with Cashdeck, you create a seamless bank statement collection experience for your clients (and help yourself by avoiding a drip feed of documents). You send one document request through FinanceVault. Your clients upload their supporting documents to and within that same request. They can also access and trigger a request for their bank statements through Cashdeck.

Prerequisites
Know how to send document requests through FinanceVault. You also need to locate your Cashdeck API Key ID.
Log in to your Cashdeck account.
Click Settings > External Apps.
Go to the BrokerEngine heading.
Click the green Enable button (if disabled).
Optionally, click the Regenerate API ID button.
Copy the API Key ID.

Setting up the integration
Go to the bottom left corner of BrokerEngine and click the account icon.
In the Settings column, click Integrations.
Click the Cashdeck logo to expand the section.
Enter your Cashdeck API Key ID.
Click Save.
Disabling manual uploads on Cashdeck
To force the client to use Cashdeck and block manual uploads, turn this setting off.
1. Go to the bottom left corner of BrokerEngine and click the account icon.
2. In the Settings column, click FinanceVault.
3. Check the box to disable the manual upload button
