Yes.

How do I change my subscription from annual to monthly?

Please let us know by emailing billing@brokerengine.com.au, or starting a chat. We will confirm the process for converting to a monthly subscription at the conclusion of your current annual subscription. (Please keep in mind that you will miss out on 2 months free per user per year on a monthly subscription).

How do I update my billing details (e.g. billing contact, email or card on file)?

To update your billing details, please email billing@brokerengine.com.au, or start a chat.

  • From there, if you wish to update your Credit / Debit Card, or Direct Debit Authority we will send you a secure link to do so.

  • For changes to your billing email or billing contacts, please reach out from your current billing email address so we can verify your details.

How do I add a new user and what are the costs?

Please email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat in order to add more user(s). Please let us know the Full Name, Email Address and User Type (Broker/Support) of each new user you require.

New users will be added into the same billing term (monthly or annual) as your primary subscription, unless you advise otherwise.

The following ex GST pricing applies to new users:

  • A Mortgage Broker user is $149 per month or $1490 per year (with 2 months free per year)

  • A Support user is $99 per month or $990 per year (with 2 months free per year)

When you add new user(s) part way through the billing period, the user fees will be charged on a pro-rated basis in order to align future billing dates for your whole subscription.

For example, if you add a Support User 6 months into the billing year on an annual subscription, the initial amount charged will be $990 / 2 = $495 (+ GST).

What is the difference between a Mortgage Broker user and a Support user?

There are a several differences between the Mortgage Broker and Support user types.

  • The Mortgage Broker user is for mortgage brokers who are writing deals under their own name and broker codes. This user type also connects with our integrations between BrokerEngine and other software systems.

  • The Support user is for other team members who are not accredited mortgage brokers (e.g. Client Service Managers, Parabrokers, Loan Processors, Settlement Officers, Virtual Assistants and Management). This user types enables broad functionality to support brokers, but does not integrate directly with other software systems.
