1. Billing & subscription management

How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual?
Just let us know by emailing billing@brokerengine.com.au, or starting a chat, and we can set this up for you. As an annual subscriber, you will qualify for two months free per user per year.

Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time and get two months free for the upcoming year?
Yes.

How do I change my subscription from annual to monthly?
Let us know by emailing billing@brokerengine.com.au, or starting a chat. We will confirm the process for converting to a monthly subscription at the conclusion of your current annual subscription. (Keep in mind that you will miss out on two months free per user per year on a monthly subscription.)

How can we cancel our subscription?
Email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat in order to process your cancellation.

How can I get a copy of my invoices?
Invoices are emailed to your billing email after every event (signup or renewal). However, if you need a copy of your invoices, email billing@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat, and we will provide you with copies.

How do I update my billing details (e.g. billing contact, email, or card on file)?
To update your billing details, please email billing@brokerengine.com.au, or start a chat.


2. User management

How do I add a new user, and what are the costs?
Email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat. Let us know the Full Name, Email Address, and User Type (Broker/Support).

One of our Support users is becoming accredited as a broker. Can we switch the user type from Support to Mortgage Broker?
Yes. Email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat.

One team member is leaving, and a new one is joining. Can we reassign the old licence to the new team member?
Yes. Email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat.

How can I downgrade my number of users on my subscription?
Email support@brokerengine.com.au or start a chat.


3. User types & subscription flexibility

What is the difference between a Mortgage Broker user and a Support user?

Mortgage Broker

  • Accredited brokers writing deals under their name and broker codes, includes integrations.

Support User

  • For non-broker team members (e.g., CSMs, Parabrokers), limited integration.

I have an annual subscription. Can I add more users on a monthly basis, or does everyone need to be annual?
