If you want to change the information that a mail merge field displays in a message, keep reading. By default, each mail merge field pulls information from a specific base data set. Typically, those base data sets include profile settings, card data, and contact information. To change the display information, change the base data set.
Below, we show you how to modify the information in commonly customised mail merge fields.

Go to the side menu and click ... More.
Click Settings in the popup.
Expand Email and Report Preferences.
Enter a word or phrase in the Email Salutation field. Scroll down and click Save.

Click Settings in the popup.
Expand Brands.
Scroll down to the Email Signature heading. Add the text and images you want to place at the bottom of your messages sent through BrokerEngine. Scroll down and click Save.

Click Settings in the popup.
Expand Brands.
Go to the Logo heading and click the Click to upload button. Locate and upload the image file on your device. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Scroll down to Online Calendar Url. Paste in the URL for the online calendar that you want to share with clients. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Click Settings in the popup.
Expand Review Links.
Paste in the URL for the review site that you want to share with clients. Click Save.

The preferred name comes from the contact record of a card. To set a person's preferred name:
Go to the side menu and click Contacts.
At the top of the page, enter part of the person's name in the search bar.
Locate the contact and click Edit.
Click DETAILS in the sidebar. Edit the Preferred Name text. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.
