Contact Details
Add your personal information. First name, last name, and email address are required fields.
BrokerEngine sends notifications to the email address on this page. By default, you use the same email address to log in to your BrokerEngine account. To use a different email address for logins, send our support team a request: support@brokerengine.com.au.
Email and Report Preferences
Email Salutation - BrokerEngine auto-adds this greeting to email templates triggered by an event. The out-of-box email templates in your account all use the merge field '{{ salutation }}', which pulls the text from this field.
Advice Salutation - The greeting added to your advices, such as Formal Approval Advice, and Settlement Advice. Click here to learn more about our client-facing advices.
Profile Photo - Upload a picture of yourself. This feature is under development. Currently, the photo does not display anywhere within the system.
Report Signature - Upload your digital signature here. BrokerEngine adds this image to the bottom of client-facing advices, like the Formal Approval & Settlement Advices.
Email aliases for verified domains - Enter the email alias you want to be able to send communication from within BrokerEngine. You'll need to integrate your email domain to fully utilise this with our Outbox Feature. Click here to learn more.
If you don't have a digital signature, click here to create one for free.
Broker Brands
Add your brand information here. Fill in the required and optional fields. A few notes:
If you operate multiple brands, set the brand you use most often as the default. BrokerEngine automatically assigns the default brand to all new contacts, leads, and deals (though you can easily select a different brand). You can also customise each brand. Click here to learn more.
BrokerEngine displays the email address (and website site URL) you enter here in the contact info section of your client-facing communication, such as advices and FinanceVault document requests.
You can use Google to search for your address and populate the next field.
Online Calendar Url - There is an email template merge field {{ broker.brand.online_calendar_url }} that you can use to populate your calendar booking link (e.g. Calendly) into your email templates. The text you enter here will merge into your email template if used.
Logo - BrokerEngine displays this image on all your client-facing communication.
Certificates - Upload images of relevant certificates.
Profile -
Domain -
Email Signature - The system auto-fills this field with your name, phone number, and name of the broker brand. You can customise this information.
Addresses
You can enter one or more addresses in this sub-section. However, if you have entered address details under Broker Brands (see above), the addresses you enter here won't show on any client-facing communication. In that case, these addresses would be used for internal use only.

These fields all have corresponding email template merge fields. If you add text here, BrokerEngine pulls the text through to populate the email templates.
