Assign a secondary brand to leads and deals

Your branding information appears on several client facing BrokerEngine features, including reports and FinanceVault. As a broker, you might be operating under multiple brands. BrokerEngine gives you the ability to create and switch between multiple brands. With a couple of clicks, you can change brand information on leads and deals.

Locating Brand Settings

  1. Log in to your BrokerEngine account.

  2. Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click on your intials:

On the Personal Details page, expand the Brands section. The page shows your current branding information (e.g. email, address, logo, etc.).


Adding a broker brand

To create a new broker brand:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Brands section.

  2. Click the Add New button.

  3. Fill in the fields.

  4. Click Save.

BrokerEngine adds the broker brand to the Brands section. This is a secondary brand. The first brand you created is the default.

Changing the default brand

To change a secondary brand into the primary (or default) brand, click the Make default button.


Applying a new brand

BrokerEngine automatically applies the default broker brand when you create a new lead or deal. To apply the secondary broker brand to a new lead or deal:

  1. Create a new lead or deal.

  2. Click Add Applicant to create a card.

Scroll down the page and click the Broker Details card.

At the top of the Broker Details page, go to the Default Broker Brand heading. Click the field and select a secondary brand option.

Click the Set Broker button and then click Save.

Editing an existing card

You can change the broker brand assigned to an existing lead or deal.

  1. Open a lead or deal in Full View mode.

  2. Click the Broker Details card.

  3. Change the Default Broker Brand.

  4. Click Save.

You can also change the broker brand by opening a card in Full View mode and clicking Applicant Details > Additional Client Details.
