Zapier lets you connect and sync data between Intercom and other products you use, like your website forms, Dropbox, Mercury, and Facebook Ads.

Prerequisites

You'll need to create a Zapier account. After you create an account, click here to get the BrokerEngine Zapier app.

Now, you're almost ready to create a Zap. When you build a Zap using BrokerEngine, the software prompts you to enter an API key. Find and copy the key on the Integrations page.

About zaps

A Zap links a trigger in one product (the cause) with an action in another (the effect). Whenever a trigger event occurs, Zapier automatically completes the action for you.

You can use any of these Intercom triggers and actions to connect with other products using Zapier. Find out more on this Zapier page

Supported triggers

  • New Contact Created - Triggers when a new contact is created.

  • Contact Updated - Triggers when a contact is updated.

  • Contact Tagged - Triggers when a contact is tagged.

  • Contact Untagged - Triggers when a tag is removed from a contact.

  • New Card on Board - Triggers when a new card is created on any board.

  • Card Date Changed - Triggers when a card date field is updated (e.g. the settlement date is updated).

  • Stage Changed - Triggers when a lead or deal is moved to a new stage.

  • FinanceVault Document Request Done - Triggers when a new FinanceVault document request is created. This Zap only triggers when the FinanceVault request is created for the first time. Subsequent updates to the same FinanceVault portal do not trigger the Zap.

  • FinanceVault Document Request Done - Triggers when a client clicks, Done in a FinanceVault document request.

  • New Task Created - Triggers when a new task is created for a loan or a contact.

  • New Lead Created - Triggers when a new lead is created (being replaced with New Card on Board).

  • New Deal Created - Triggers when a new deal is created (being replaced with New Card on Board).

Supported action

  • New Card - Create a new card inside BrokerEngine.

To access these triggers, make sure you're using version 2.3.0 (or higher).
