This new feature allows you to send applications directly to lenders and AOL from BrokerEngine and avoid running through FLEX. Note that when you submit to AOL, BrokerEngine generates a full application record in FLEX, so you can continue tracking metrics just as you do now.

Prerequisites
Enable popups on your browser tab.
Credit Guide and Privacy Consent is generated and accepted by the clients.
Complete the Fact Find, confirming all required fields are filled in with properly formatted data (e.g. home address).
Complete the Product page, including the fields on the Confirm page (e.g. select ABS in the Loan Split field).
Complete Lodgement Funding
Credit Proposal is generated and accepted by the clients.
Everyone on the team (including the deal broker and logged-in support staff trying to use the Lodgement feature) must have Suite360 connected to their BrokerEngine account. You can confirm the connection status on the Integrations page.
Opening the Lodgement page
Open a deal or lead card in full-view mode. Scroll down the side menu and expand the Lodgement folder. Click the Submission tab.
Reviewing the fields
The page displays summary information and results from validity checks.
Loan amount - This field is auto-filled.
Broker Compliance - No action is needed here if both fields have a green checkmark. If one or both fields have a red icon, open your FLEX account and update the required information.
Lender Reference Number - This field is auto-filled.
Document Checklist - No action is needed here if both fields have a green checkmark. If you have a consent error, review the workflow in this article. If you have a Credit Proposal error, open that page and expand the Credit Proposal folder.
Submitting an application
If the page is complete and error-free, go to the top of the page and click the Submit Application button. On the confirmation popup, check the box to agree to the terms and click Next. After a few seconds, a new popup displays. Click the button to apply online.
After a few more seconds, the online application form displays. Review the record and add any missing information directly in AOL (as you are used to doing now anyway).
Reopening the application
To review the online application, open the lead or deal and go to the Submission page. At the top of the page, click the View on AOL button.
Do not accidentally click the Submit Application button at the top of the Submission page. If you click that button, the tool overwrites your data in the existing application.
