Fact Find on BrokerEngine is now better and faster.
It's better because you can access Fact Find data inside a deal card. That means fewer pages to open and more convenient access to client data when you need it. It's faster because we've integrated Fact Find into the BrokerEngine ecosystem. That's cool for three reasons.
Fact Find fields auto-populate with contact data. That means less typing for you and your team.
Your team can pre-fill fields before sending a request through to your clients. That data gets pushed from the deal card into the Fact Find. There is no need to re-type or copy and paste.
When clients complete an online Fact Find, the data flows seamlessly back into the deal card. Yup, a two-way data sync between the deal card and the new Fact Find form.
What does it all mean for brokers? You get faster access to the client information you need to get deals over the line.

Prerequisites
To bring data into the deal card, you must use the latest version of Fact Find. The classic version of Fact Find is not compatible with this feature.

Reviewing the Fact Find panel
Within any deal, you can access Fact Find folder data on the left-hand panel. Expand the folder to display subfolders, such as Goals, Applicants, and Other income. Let me highlight four features.
Hide a page
The Goals and Living Expenses pages each have a toggle that hides them from the client's view. This is a handy feature if you want to start gathering high-level information but keep the work internal. You can toggle this option on or off any time on a per-fact-find basis.
Lock the doc
You (or your team) can lock the Fact Find document to prevent the client from making changes. Expand the Fact Find folder and select a sub-folder. Go to the menu bar and click the lock icon (next to the toggle).
Download
Click the Download icon to save a copy of the Fact Find to your device. After a minute or so, BrokerEngine downloads a PDF.
Sync to FLEX
FLEX users can sync the Fact Find to FLEX. Go to the top of the deal card page, click the Sync button and select FLEX.
