Our Deal Submission Guide is a document generated by the Broker Wizard that you share with your processing team. The guide includes all the key information your team needs to submit a deal and monitor its progress through to settlement.

Locating the guide
Open the Deals board, locate a deal, and move the card to the Prepare for Submission Stage. Open the deal in full view mode and then click the Tasks icon on the right-hand menu.
In the Tasks window, BrokerEngine automatically generates a task for your team called Complete the Pre Submission Checklist. Click the task name to expand a folder and display checklist details.
If the checklist task does not automatically appear in the window after you move a deal card to the Prepare for Submission Stage, you can create a workflow to automate that step. Click here to learn how.
Opening the guide
The checklist instructs the team member to download the Deal Submission Guide. The first step is to click the Reports icon in the menu.
Next, locate the Deal Submission Guide option and download a report file (PDF or Word).
BrokerEngine creates a document that pulls together all the key details entered in the Broker Wizard (e.g. funding positions, referrer splits, and valuation orders) along with everything else your team needs to finalise before submitting the application.
