Notes are useful for maintaining a documented history of interactions, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring continuity of service. They contribute to effective problem resolution, compliance, and personalised customer service, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and supporting organisational performance. Note templates are an efficient approach to keeping uniform communication across your team.
Add a note to a task that already exists. It is not possible to insert a note while creating a task.

Opening a blank note template
Open an existing task. Scroll down to the bottom of the panel and click the field with the preset text Write a note. The Note window displays.
Click the Select Template field.
Select Add Note Template.
Creating a note template
Enter a template name and description. Optionally, upload a document and select a person to notify. Click Save. On the side panel, click Create Note.
Viewing notifications
If you add a user to the Notify field, BrokerEngine sends the person an email notification.
Whether the Notify field is selected or not, the note will always appear in the activity feed within the lead or deal:
