BrokerEngine does not have a function to merge duplicate contacts. It is a manual process whereby you need to select the contact that you wish to keep (update the name with an * so that you remember which one you have chosen). Then update the primary contact on all of the deals linked to the duplicate contact, before deleting the duplicate.
