You can find and open any card, including leads and deals, that was archived by a user. The Archive feature does not store items that a user deleted because the Delete tool permanently removes items from the platform.

Opening the archive
In this example, we open the Leads archive. Follow the same steps for the other boards.
Expand the Boards folder on the side menu.
Select a board.
Go to the top right corner of the page and click the View as list icon.
BrokerEngine displays all the active cards for that board. In this example, we see active leads.
Click the toggle Active toggle at the top of the page to change the display and show archived cards.
Use the column arrows to sort table rows.
Enter a name on the search bar to find a specific card.
Activating an archived card
Move a card from the archive to active status.
Double-click a name to open the lead card in full view mode.
Click the More button.
Select Activate Lead in the drop-down menu.
Click Activate in the confirmation popup.
BrokerEngine moves the card to the active board.
