How a Client Should E-sign a Document in FinanceVault

1. In FinanceVault, the Client needs to click on the document then the 'Sign Now' button or 'Open in DocuSign' if there are more than 1 client.

2. The DocuSign modal will appear in which the Client will have to click on 'Continue', 'Start' then 'Sign' button.

3. Another modal will appear. The Client will just have to click the 'Adopt and Sign' button and then 'Finish'

4. Back in FinanceVault, the Client will see below saying "It takes a minute for signatures to update." Just give it a minute or two for the document to update in BrokerEngine.

The Client can confirm that the document was signed correctly if they see below note saying "Document signed by you"

5. In the Client Portal, you will see who among your Clients have already signed the document. You will see a note saying 'Document signed by XXX'

6. Once All has signed, you will see below details in the Client Portal:

a. X of X documents signed by all parties

b. Document signed by all parties
