Your Lenders list is an aggregated panel that you actively engage when putting together loan applications. Inside your BrokerEngine account, each lender page contains broker-specific information like broker codes and BDM contact details. Throughout your broker career, you'll need to keep this information up to date.

Opening the Lenders list
Log in to your BrokerEngine account.
Go to the side menu and scroll down to the More button.
Click More and then click Lenders in the popup window. The Lenders list displays.
Updating lender details
The first step is to make sure the list displays lenders associated with a particular broker. By default, the list shows lenders associated with the user currently logged into the BrokerEngine account (e.g. a broker or admin user). This step is important for staff users who work on multiple broker accounts.
Go to the top right corner of the page.
Click the filter icon.
Uncheck and then check the Broker box. A popup window displays.
Scroll through the popup and check a box to select a broker name. Click the X icon in the top right corner to close the popup.
Editing lender details
The list displays all lenders currently added to the selected broker's BrokerEngine account. Scroll through the list to locate a specific lender. Optionally, use the search tool.
Click a lender's name. The Lenders page displays. Scroll through the page, open sections, update details as required, and then click Save.
