Move Me In is a utilities comparison and connection service that allows consumers to choose and connect home utilities such as power, phone, internet, and pay TV. Successful home connection referrals to Move Me In earn you a commission per service connected.

Prerequisites

Before referring clients from within BrokerEngine:

Consider setting up automated emails and checklist items so that you don't miss referral opportunities.


Key information

  • Move Me In will follow up with a text message or phone call to assist the client with their home connections.

  • The client can opt out of the process at any time.

  • You will receive a referral commission for every service the client signs up to. Full details are available from Move Me In.

  • You can only send a single referral to Move Me In for a lead or deal. If your information is incorrect or incomplete, you won't be able to update the referral through BrokerEngine.


Refer a client from a deal page

  1. Open the deal that you want to refer to Move Me In.

  2. Click the Move Me In icon.

    BrokerEngine will display the information that it will send to Move Me In for the referral:

    • Property details

    • Settlement date

    • Primary applicant and co-applicant contact details.

  3. If information is missing or incorrect, click Cancel and enter the correct information before returning to this page.

    NOTE: The Security Address must be a valid Australian residential address.

  4. If all the information looks correct, click Sync to push the data to Move Me In and trigger Move Me In's outreach to your client.
    BrokerEngine will display a confirmation message, including a Move Me In Case Reference Token, once the data sync is complete.


Example initial email from Move Me In

Once you've sent referral details through to Move Me In, your client will receive a series of communications from Move Me In via email, SMS and phone, co-branded with your logo, inviting them to select pre-vetted offers from utility and service providers.

The initial email will:

  • Reference the client's new address.

  • Use a From address on your domain.

  • Display your logo, co-branded with Move Me In.

  • Display a direct link to pre-vetted home connection deals.

When a client clicks through from a Move Me In email or text message, they'll see the Move Me In Portal's landing page. This will be co-branded with your logo and customised for the client. It will include their address and curated connection deals.
