Opening the client reviews page
Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click the account icon.
In the Settings column, expand the Contacts folder.
Click Client Reviews. A new page displays four review options.
Enabling a review trigger
For each trigger option listed below, use the toggle switch to enable or disable the review for all clients in the broker account. If enabled, you can configure BrokerEngine to create a task or Review Board card, or both. If you select Card on Review Board, be sure to select a stage for the card.
When the configurations are complete, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Viewing tasks
To confirm a task, go to the left menu and click the Tasks icon. On the Tasks page, you might see a long list of records. To narrow the display results, set the Status filter to Incomplete.

Viewing boards
To confirm reviews on a board, go to the left menu and select Boards > Reviews.
Click a client name to open a side panel with review details.
Optionally, click the View Full Contact button to manually adjust the client’s next scheduled review date. This update applies only to the client and won’t change settings for other broker clients.
Scheduled client reviews
If enabled, use the trigger to schedule a general client review at a specific interval. The default setting is 12 months from the last review, but you can change that frequency.
If you enable multiple triggers on the Client Reviews page, BrokerEngine has a built-in feature to avoid duplicate reviews. Triggers for fixed rate or interest-only reviews, if enabled, override the Scheduled Client Reviews trigger. If, for example, a fixed rate review is triggered on June 1, BrokerEngine sets the Scheduled Client Reviews trigger for 12 months after that date.
Fixed rate expiry reviews
The expiry date of each fixed rate settlement is recorded on BrokerEngine. You can trigger a review X number of days before that expiry date. The default setting is 70 days before, but you can change that number.
Interest-only expiry reviews
Enable this option if you have clients with interest-only loans and fixed terms. You can trigger a review X number of days before the term expiry date recorded on BrokerEngine. Use the default setting (71 days) or enter a different number.
Client birthday reviews
Enable this option if you want to send the client an email or gift on their birthday. You can create a trigger X number of days before the birthday recorded on BrokerEngine. Use the default setting (7 days) or enter a different number.
