Customizing DealDash widgets
When you open a deal, the DealDash displays two columns of widgets in the centre of the page. You can add or remove column DealDash widgets and change their display order.
These customizations are saved just for you. So, if you’re working on a team, everyone can have their own personalized DealDash display tailored to their unique preferences.
To customize column layout, go to the top right corner of the page and click the deal icon. A new window displays.
To move a widget to a different column or a different position within the same column, click the hamburger icon and drag the widget to a new location.
Scroll down the list to review the options, which include high-interest widgets like Funding Position and Security. Widgets with a lock icon cannot be moved. To save changes, go to the bottom of the window and click the Apply button.
Customizing the top drawer
The top drawer is a window that provides easy access to a customizable set of widgets. The drawer is in a fixed location, so it's available on every deal page. That means you get quick access to your preferred widgets without leaving the current page.
To open or close the drawer, click the arrow icon in the top left corner of the page.
To add, remove, or move a top drawer widget, click the dash icon. Use the hamburger icon to drag widgets into the top drawer. Click the trash icon to remove a widget from the drawer, but not delete it from the list of available options further down the page.
Accessing the recent activity feed
We added a Recent Activity widget to the left column in the DealDash. That gives users quick access to important deal activities like notes and emails. Of course, you can still access that same information in the collapsed panel on the right side of the page.
Optionally, use the Recent Activity widget filter to hide or display categories of deal activity.
Opening pending items
The Task and Email numbers in the Pending widget are now clickable links. Just click a number, and the item opens in the side panel. It’s a small tweak, sure, but it means you can get the info you need faster and with fewer clicks.
