BrokerEngine has a set of workflows to help you refer your clients to AIA Financial Wellbeing as part of your process. If you cannot find these workflows in your account, contact us at support@brokerengine.com.au to get them copied to you.

If you would like to discuss the AIA Financial Wellbeing offer please contact the AIA Financial Wellbeing sales team at aiafwsales@aia.com.

How AIA Financial Wellbeing Can Help Your Clients

AIA Workflows in BrokerEngine

There are 4 out of the box workflows already set up for you with email templates to introduce the AIA offering to your clients. They are created for the following stages:

1. Deal Submitted

2. Formal Approval

3. Settlement

4. 12 Months Post Settlement

Publishing the Workflows in Your Account

There is one important step to take before you publish these workflows in your account to prevent the follow up workflows from triggering if your clients have either accepted to proceed with AIA or have indicated they are not interested.

Here's a complete video walkthrough:

  1. Create two deal tags in BrokerEngine labelled 'AIA Accepted' and 'AIA Not Interested'.

  2. Go to Settings > Workflow > Workflow Templates and search 'AIA'. The AIA workflows are listed.

  3. Assign trigger conditions in the Formal Approval, Settlement and Post Settlement workflows to 'Do not trigger this workflow if' and select 'AIA Accepted' and 'AIA Not Interested' under the deal tags drop down.

  4. Publish the worklow

  5. Ensure to apply the appropriate deal tag to the deal card when a client has indicated they are either proceeding or are not interested in further communication about this offer.

By implementing the above you have a way to control which clients receive the workflow emails and a visual guide on your dashboard of the result of the offer.
