Prerequisites
Know how to send an email from a Leads or Deals card.
Opening a blank email form
The first step is to open a blank message form.
Open a board (e.g. Deals or Leads) and locate a board card.
Double-click the name to open the full view mode.
Go to the side panel on the right and click the Emails icon.
Click the plus (+) icon to open a blank email form.
Write a new message or select a template.
Saving a draft message
Go to the bottom of the message window and click Save as Draft.

Opening a draft message
To view a draft message, go to the Emails window and click the Drafts button. To edit, send, or delete a draft message, hover the message to unhide the pencil icon. Click the icon to open the message window.
Tip Click the pin icon to keep a draft at the top of the list.

Editing, deleting, and sending a draft
Go to the bottom of the window. Use the buttons to perform email functions:
Delete the draft: Click the trash icon.
Save Changes: Keep your work and save the draft message.
Cancel: Don't save your changes and close the message window.
Send Email: Send the message to the recipient. Click the Sent button at the top of the window to view the message,
