After sending out a document request, you and the broker team can check document completion on the client portal. If necessary, re-send the document request from the FinanceVault page or add requests.

Prerequisites
Know how to create a lead or deal card.
Locating a Deal card
Go to the side menu and click Boards > Leads (or Deals).
Scroll through the list to locate a card (or enter a name in the search field).
Double-click on the applicant's name to open the card in full view mode.
Within the Deal card
The top left corner of every deal card has a FinanceVault overview section. You can see a link to the Online Fact Find and document status. If a customer uploads documents that have not been actioned, the bell icon displays an alert.
Within FinanceVault
The status of your document request can be quickly reviewed within the dedicated panel. The example below shows all requests have a Pending status.
After you review and approve the attached documents, the page displays the changed status, as shown below.
