This article will walk through how to locate your FLEX user ID, this ID is used to setup the FLEX integration in BrokerEngine.
Please note: The FLEX user ID is not an email address, and is typically comprised of your first initial, surname and in some cases a number.
Access Suite360 - https://login-suite360.afgonline.com.au/ - log in using your normal email address and password combo.
Once you have logged in, you should see a landing page similar to the one below. Select "FLEX" from the top menu bar
Once FLEX has loaded, you'll see a page similar to the one below. Select "User Preferences" on the right hand side. If you are using a smaller screen, you may need to scroll to the right of the page to access the quick links.
This will open your user preferences Your FLEX ID will be located on the right hand side with the heading of "User ID". Please copy or make a note of this ID.
Return to BrokerEngine's integration settings and enter your FLEX User ID in the "FLEX Username" field.
