This article shows you how to create a funding position for a client.
In BrokerEngine, a funding position is a detailed summary of how a client's loan is structured and funded, including the loan amount, lender, interest rate, loan purpose, and property security. It allows brokers to compare multiple scenarios, track loan options, and present tailored recommendations while ensuring compliance. This feature helps streamline the loan process by keeping all financial and structural details organised in one place.
