Information added to a new task
When you convert an email to a task, BrokerEngine creates a task with these fields:
Record: [none]
Name: Subject of the email
Assignee: The email address you include in the To field after your task-creation email address.
Type: Imported Task
Priority: Low
Due Date: [none]
Description: Body of the email.
Notify user: [you]
For example, if you send this email:

email.staging.brokerengine.com.au, kim@example.com
Subject: Set up meeting next week
Email body:
Hi Kim,
Please set up this meeting with Jules next week. We need to get the application submitted.
BrokerEngine creates a task with this information:
