In a different article, we showed you how to convert an email message to a task. Basically, you forward an email to a user-specific address, and BrokerEngine turns it into a task. This handy feature helps you:

  • Save time managing client communications and handling follow-ups.

  • Avoid introducing errors because you don’t need to transcribe as much information.

  • Ensure that all requisite emails are converted to tasks.

This article describes the conversion process.
