Prerequisites
You can create SMS templates without any prior set up but to use them you'll need to Integrate touchSMS with BrokerEngine.
Adding templates to workflows
You can add a Send SMS step to a workflow. This workflow step uses an SMS template to construct an SMS message and send it to either a static number or a person with a specific role on a card (e.g. a broker, applicant, or accountant).
Sending individual SMS messages
Send an SMS message (made with a template) to a person from their contact record or a card. Using SMS templates speeds up this process by providing a pre-written message and personalised settings (e.g. merge fields).
