If someone on your team has previously sent a document request to the primary applicant on a card, then a co-applicant is added, you might need to send the same documents to the new co-applicant.
To send a document request to the co-applicant or guarantor without resending it to the primary applicant:
Check whether the primary applicant has uploaded any documents.
If they haven't, consider instead deleting the document request and sending the document stack again – BrokerEngine will automatically send the documents to all applicants.Click on a document in the DOCUMENT REQUEST pane.
Click the pen icon next to the document title.
Select a person from Shared With to send the document request.
Click Save Changes.
