Check the activity feed to see what went wrong with an email that you sent

When you send an email from a lead or deal page, and BrokerEngine can't deliver the email, it will update the entry for the email in the activity feed.

The possible results of sending an email are:

Displayed in activity feed

Result

What to do

Nothing displayed

Email delivered successfully.

Bounced

Email bounced because an email address was invalid.

Check the email addresses in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields.

Sender domain not verified

Your email address isn't verified with Postmark.

Attachments are too large

Total file size attached to the email was over the 10MB size limit.

Remove or replace the large attachment and resend the email.

Forbidden file types

At least one file attached to the email had a file extension that BrokerEngine won't send for security reasons.

Remove files with file extensions of vbs, exe, bin, bat, chm, com, cpl, crt, hlp, hta, inf, ins, isp, jse, lnk, mdb, pcd, pif, reg, scr, sct, shs, vbe, vba, wsf, wsh, wsl, msc, msi, msp, or mst.

You will also receive a notification email to alert you of a sending issue if the email bounced or contained invalid attachments.
