How do I keep My Products, Packages and Offers Up to Date

Update My Products

There are two types of products in BrokerEngine:

  • System products are products that BrokerEngine keep track for you. BrokerEngine at the moment is updating the top 16 lenders including the interest rates and packages. These can be identified as auto-tracked products from the Products Table.

  • My Products are products that BrokerGroup controls. Users can actually have their own products be added in BrokerEngine. From the Products Table, these are the products tagged as โ€œNoโ€ under Auto-tracked column.

Steps on how to update My Products:

1. Go to My Profile Settings > Lenders > Products

2. Using the Filter button, filter the products by Lender or Loan Type

3. You can edit the products individually or by bulk.

  • To edit the products individually, just click on the Product Name and it will open up the Product Details modal where you can make changes.

  • To edit the products in bulk,

a. First, filter the products by Lender

b. Select the products that you would like to update - you can tick on the Select All box or separately select the products.

c. Once done selecting the products to edit, click the Bulk Edit button.

d. From the Bulk Edit modal, choose the fields that you would like to edit. From below image, by putting 0.25 you are increasing all rates by 0.25 and by putting minus (-) 0.25 you are decreasing all rates.

Update My Packages

Here are the steps on how you can update My Packages:

1. Go to My Profile Settings > Lenders > Packages

2. Same concept with My Products, there are also packages that are controlled by BrokerEngine (auto-tracked) and packages that are controlled by the BrokerGroup.

3. Click on the Package Name and the Package Details modal will open up

4. Update the details of your packages using the Package Details modal. Click Save.

Update My Offers

Here are the steps on how you can update My Offers:

1. Go to My Profile Settings > Lenders > Offers

2. You will also notice auto-tracked offers here. Basically the same concept as products and packages.

3. Click on the Add Offer button to add your own Offers.

4. Input the details of your offers using the Offer Details modal and click Save.

5. To update existing offers, click the Offer Name and the Offer Details modal will open up. Update details from the Offer Details modal and click Save

6. You will also see a toggle button on the right side of the page. When turned on/off, it will display Active Offers and offers that has already expired.
