If ever you experience deals not syncing to Mercury, here are some things you need to check and troubleshoot to be able to use Mercury Integration again.
Step 1. Check Mercury Integration in your Profile Settings.
Go to Profile Settings>Integration>Connective
Ensure you have correctly entered the following:
CA Number
API Key
API Token
You can get the API Key and Token by accessing your Mercury CRM
Go to Admin>Integration
Step 2 If the credentials are entered correctly and the deals are still not syncing, check the expiry date of your API token.
The Expiry Date is also located on the Mercury Admin>Integration page.
If the API Token has expired, simply select the 'Reset Token' button located beneath the 'Expires on' field. Following this, you will need to input the refreshed API Key and Token into the integration section within BrokerEngine.
